AGM
The 38th Annual General Meeting of the above Club
was held
at The Conservative Club, Lemon Street, Truro on
Wednesday 3rd June 2009 @ 6.15pm

47 members were present for the 38th AGM, the highest
recorded attendance - thank you all for your support.
- Subscriptions for coming season will remain the same
- The Terms of Affiliation under the new EBU strategy were signed
- Our longest continuous running Chairman, Harold Payne, retired
and David L. Stone took the reins
New Season Competition dates were confirmed - check Club
Notice Board
Christmas Party date was confirmed as Friday 11th December 2009
We were all reminded of Law 74 regarding Courtesy and
Etiquette at all times and to aid the smooth running of an evening, members were requested
to be seated by 6.25pm to avoid having to re-set the movement for late-comers.
Emphasis was also made to please call the Director
rather than arbitrate at your own table.
